The new Baylor Scott & White walk-in clinic is now open inside the Walmart Supercenter near the corner of LBJ Freeway and Midway Road.
The clinic offers treatment for minor injuries and illnesses as well as annual physicals and flu, Hep B and TDAP vaccines. The urgent care also houses an X-ray facility and provides drug screenings. There are providers available for adults and children. A full list of services can be found here.
Patients can schedule appointments over the phone or online, and the clinic also accepts walk-ins. Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care+ Dallas (LBJ) is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
According to BSW Health, all major insurance plans are accepted, but patients can call (888) 381-4858 to confirm.
The clinic is located at 4122 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway Suite #130.
