As spring transitions to summer, more changes are also underway at the Plaza at Preston Center. Following the addition of Maman, as well as Frenchie’s one-year anniversary, today we’re sharing a longtime retailer’s relocation and an Italian brand’s upcoming debut.

For over 25 years, Carla Martinengo’s eponymous boutique has showcased designer apparel and accessories hand-selected by the former model-turned-luxury retailer. Last month, the shop completed a move from its longtime location facing Preston Road to the interior of the complex at 8383 Preston Center Plaza, Suite 160. Look for the iconic multi-colored logo between Double R Brand and Jackson Vaughn.
Next up, representing the Italian-born linen line’s first Texas location, Sferra plans a fall debut at 8312 Preston Center Plaza (formerly Carlisle Etcetera). Its companion brand, Pratesi, will occupy the space directly next door. Both will offer fine bedding and linens for bath and tabletop, as well as custom monogramming and gifts.
