Art on Main first opened Women in Art — Revealing Our Magnificence on Saturday, May 16. The group exhibition, curated by Katherine Baronet, is on view through May 30.

The exhibition features works by more than 40 female artists across mediums, including painting, drawing, photography, fiber art, sculpture, printmaking and ceramics. According to the Art on Main press release, the exhibition explores themes surrounding identity, resilience, beauty and authenticity. 

“I want artists to awaken their innate, authentic selves and reveal magnificence through line, form, color, movement and energy,” Baronet said in the press release.

According to the gallery, the exhibition was designed to be mentorship focused and inclusive of female artists exhibiting their work in a professional gallery setting for the first time. 

The exhibition will remain on display through May 30 at Art on Main, located at 4428 Main St., Suite 200, Dallas.
