Terra, the rooftop restaurant inside Eataly Dallas, is introducing a new seasonal dining experience featuring rotating menus and event programming designed to evolve throughout the year.
The concept refresh, announced May 18, aims to bring renewed energy to the restaurant while maintaining Terra’s focus on open-fire cooking and Italian cuisine, according to a statement from Eataly. Opened in 2020, the restaurant is known in Dallas for its grilled dishes and cocktails.
“With an emphasis on seasonality, a rotating selection of peak produce informs the updated menu at Terra,” the restaurant said in a statement.
The spring menu will feature seasonal ingredients and several family-style dishes, while longtime Terra staples will remain on the menu, the restaurant said. Terra is also expanding its beverage offerings with seasonal cocktails and a new “Gin Study” menu, featuring multiple takes on the gin and tonic.
Alongside the menu changes, Terra is introducing recurring events and collaborations throughout the summer.
The restaurant’s “Terra Takeover” brunch series will feature partnerships with DFW businesses, beginning with Starship Bagel through June 14, followed by Sugar & Sage Bakery on June 20. The series will offer exclusive dishes created specifically for Terra.
Additional programming includes “Beats & Bites,” a Thursday evening jazz happy hour event, as well as cocktail classes led by Terra bartenders.
The updated spring menu and seasonal programming will launch this month, with reservations available through OpenTable.
