On Dec. 9, Greyhound and FlixBus began operating schedules out of the new bus terminal on Harry Hines Boulevard, according to a statement from their parent company, Flix North America.
The new intercity terminal is located across the street from the DART Bachman Station — which has Green and Orange Lines — and has routes between DFW Airport, DAL Airport, downtown, Fair Park, Deep Ellum and more.
The opening represents a relocation rather than an expansion. Greyhound and FlixBus services will be phased out at the downtown terminal on Lamar Street. According to the company, all existing tickets for the old location will remain valid for the Harry Hines location. During the transition period, both locations will have staff to answer questions for travelers.

“Intercity buses play a vital role in keeping communities connected, and this new terminal is a win for Dallas residents, visitors, and the entire region,” District 6 Council member Laura Cadena said in the statement. “It enhances regional connectivity, supports local economic growth, and makes travel more convenient. I’m grateful for the collaboration that made this project possible and look forward to the positive impact it will have on our community.”
The new terminal is located at 9755 Harry Hines Blvd.
