Mimi’s Needlepoint, a new local needlework shop, will celebrate its grand opening this weekend.
Created by cousins Amelia and Madeline Alford, who share the same nickname (Mimi), the LNS stocks popular needlepoint designers, threads, stretcher bars and more, along with hosting classes and events.
The celebration will take place Saturday, Jan. 31, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at 803 W. Davis St., Suite 103.
