Club Burn
Now open in the Preston Forest Square shopping center (11909 Preston Rd.), Club Burn is a boutique exercise studio specializing in traditional cardio combined with infrared light therapy. A sauna and free weights are also offered, and membership-based plans are available in various tiers.
Framebridge
Framebridge hosted its grand opening in October at The Hill (8061 Walnut Hill Ln., #930), though ongoing construction in the area continues to present parking and walkability challenges. The store offers custom framing of photos, art, and memorability, as well as framing-related design consultations.
Van Leeuwen Ice Cream
Another recent opening at The Hill (8061 Walnut Hill Ln., #928) represents the third local outpost of this cult favorite brand. Both traditional and vegan ice creams are available, with flavors ranging from standard vanilla and strawberry to gourmet specials like sticky rice. Additional menu items include cookies, shakes, floats, and take-home pints.
Jetset Modern Pilates
This new Preston Hollow pilates studio debuted last month at The Plaza at Center (4029 E. Northwest Pkwy.). Offering instructor-led 50-minute classes, including single sessions and multi-class memberships, the national brand is known for its unique choreography and playlists.

A local outpost of this national brand is opening soon in the Plaza at Preston Center. Its selection of “cozy” items, including bedding, loungewear, and home accessories, highlight “responsible production” practices and longer-lasting materials.
Matcha & Creme
An opening date of March 1, 2026, is set for this new coffee and tea shop at Meadow Central Market (10455 N. Central Expy., #106). The menu will offer traditional iced lattes made with matcha tea or espresso, as well as layered drinks highlighting mango, strawberry, and cookie butter, among other specialty flavors.
