Police arrested a man who they believe is the Deep Ellum flasher.

Dr. Reginald Newsome, 38, was arrested this week on charges of indecent exposure. He bonded out of the Dallas County Jail Thursday morning.

A serial flasher has been targeting women in Deep Ellum for weeks.

Residents posted pictures of the flasher on social media and took photos of his car license plate. Police say that information led them to Newsome.
