Body ID remains mystery A decomposing corpse found in White Rock Creek last week has yet to be identified. Police released a sketch, hoping for the public’s help.

Alleged murderer arrested Police arrested a man who has admitted to the May 9 killing of 26-year-old Carla Patricia Flores-Pavon in her North Dallas apartment. A 24-year-old black male, Jimmy Eugene Johnson III, is being held in Walker County. Police there found him in possession of the victim’s property, they said during a press conference.
