The Crescent Club, located inside the historic Hotel Crescent Court, has announced a chef-driven dinner series for the new year. The members-only venue will be open to the public for these special monthly events, and each will be headlined by a guest chef. Kicking off the series is Dallas’ own pioneer of Southwestern cuisine, Dean Fearing.

Known for its skyline views and classic decor, the Crescent Club will open each dinner with a cocktail reception including drinks and light bites. Thereafter, a multi-course meal with wine pairings will showcase each chef’s signature techniques and dishes. Seating will be limited to 60 guests per event.

On Thursday, January 22, Dean Fearing will be featured in the first Hotel Crescent Court Celebrity Chef Dinner. Tickets are available online ($250 per person). Thereafter, Chef Stephan Pyles and Paula Lambert will collaborate on February 19 to showcase Pyles’ legendary modern Texas cuisine and Lambert’s handmade cheeses.

Additional events will take place every third Thursday through June 2026 (select dates may be adjusted based upon seasonality).
