Designer Andre Yabin at Brit Rose Boutique

Launched by Tori Serpa in her home state of Florida in 2015, Brit Rose relocated to Dallas shortly thereafter. The small clothing boutique had a big heart from the start, establishing a reputation for supporting our community through products and programs with an emphasis on emotional wellness. Owner Cathy Vieth took the helm in early 2025, and she recently debuted a new line that carries on the Brit Rose mission.

The “Unity” collection includes three shirt dresses in black, white, and red, printed with a statement word in brush stroke-style on the reverse. The words include “Unity,” “Peace,” and “Together.” In addition, delicate embroidery across the interior of each shirt’s cuffs offers affirmations of encouragement and support for the wearer.

“We are absolutely loving these dresses,” says Vieth. “Each piece has the most beautiful, meaningful details, and they are already popular at the store.”

This collection represents the latest launch from local designer Andre Yabin, who is a recipient of the Rising Star Award from Fashion Group International of Dallas. Yabin has also composed an original song to accompany the project, tying into an overall message of connection.

“As a society, we’re divided across so many topics right now,” says Yabin. “Many people are tired of this division, but they haven’t given up on connection. I wanted to create something that could signify that feeling.”

“Unity” shirt dresses are $120 each, available at Brit Rose (4425 Lovers Ln.) or online at andreyabin.com.
