Shinsei: This pan-Asian style restaurant is a Dallas classic. Besides Shinsei’s eclectic sushi menu, the restaurant offers other mouth-watering options like crispy rock shrimp or Thai fried rice. Don’t miss out on the ‘flavor of the day’ cotton candy either. Sit by the back-booth wall for the perfect Instagram pic with your girlfriends. Shinsei is located at 7713 Inwood Road. It is open Monday-Thursday from 5-10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday from 5-11 p.m. It also serves a specialty lunch on Fridays from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

 

The Charles: This new Italian hot spot has found its home in the up-and-coming Design District. With delicious homemade pasta, a lively atmosphere and ever-flowing Aperol Spritz, the eatery quickly became a winner in the Dallas community. Sit at the mod white marble bar with your girlies or grab a big booth. The Charles is located at 1632 Market Center Blvd. and is open Monday-Wednesday 5:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m. and Thursday-Saturday 5:30-11:30 p.m. Don’t forget when making a reservation that it is closed on Sundays.

 

Sachet: If you are in the mood for light, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, you are in the right spot. This killer hidden gem has a great cocktail menu and a big emphasis on veggies with fantastic sharable plates for you and your crew. Located at 4270 Oaklawn Ave., Sachet is open Tuesday-Saturday 11 a.m.-11 p.m. and Sunday 5-11 p.m. It’s closed on Mondays.

 

Alice: This intimate Asian-inspired restaurant will be sure to impress all of your girls. Known to play the best tunes in town, it’s a good place to start your night before hitting the Uptown bars. Alice is located at 1623 N. Hall St. It’s open only five days a week: Tuesday-Wednesday 5:30-11 p.m. and Thursday-Saturday 5:30 p.m. to midnight.

 

Pazzo: This hip Uptown restaurant turns into a late-night lounge at 9 p.m. with bottle service to treat your girls’ right. Pick your favorite Italian dishes from pizza to pasta for a great late-night dinner. Make your reservations closer to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, so you can party the night away with your friends. Pazzo is located at 2680 Cedar Springs and is open Sunday-Wednesday from 11 a.m.-midnight and Thursday-Saturday 11-2 a.m.
